CABLE ROLLER STAND
Adept Direct
Adept Direct has
released a new,
extra heavy duty
version of its
A-Frame cable
stand, which
ensures cable is
dispensed easily and prevents reels of cable
rolling around when users are installing lines.
The new extra heavy duty cable roller
stand will handle large cable rolls up to 1.5m
diameter and has a safe working load of 150kg.
At 1mwide, the cable stand will hold and
dispensemost rolls of cable neatly and safely.
The new cable stand incorporates most
of the features of AdeptDirect’s other cable
handling tools including high visibility yellow
powdercoat finish, locking thumbscrews
to secure the A-Frames into position and a
galvanised tubular steel cable support axle.

switches can be installed ‘flush’, evenly
lined with the wall thanks to an innovative
mounting box (pictured). A blue LED
light surrounds and illuminates the glass
touch switch.

Legrand
Legrand has
launched
its Excel Life
medical range,
featuring
antimicrobial
technology.
The new wiring devices and electrical
accessories are constructed with silver
ions to deliver a kill rate of up to 99%
against common hospital bacteria. These
antimicrobial properties render E-Coli
and Staphylococcus Aureus bacteria
ineffective immediately and kill these vicious
contagions within 24 hours.
Marked with the antimicrobial symbol, the
Excel Life medical range includes complete
medical functions and service panels in
stainless steel and antimicrobial plastic for
patient rooms and operating theatres.

NHP has taken its N-Line range to the
next level, introducing a range of weather-
protected GPOs and weatherproof switches.
The N-Line weather protected GPOs
and weatherproof switches all feature
slip resistant switch knobs thanks to the
integrated over-moulded ribs and raised
centre for safe and easy operation. The
TPE injected membrane and gasket and
stainless steel cover screws come as
standard, offering increased ingress and
corrosion protection across the range.
FLICKER-FREE DOWNLIGHTS
HPM Legrand
HPM has launched its new
range of residential LED
downlights, which deliver
flicker-free and low-level
dimming of up to 5%.
The downlights are
compatible with a wide
range of trailing and
leading edge dimmers,
including the Arteor, Excel
Life, Excel and Linea ranges
from HPM and Legrand. For added convenience and flexible installation
options, the downlights are also compatible with a range of other major
brands’ dimmer offerings.
Featuring a colour render index (CRI) range of 80 to 92+ and a beam angle
of 80º to 100º, the LED downlights can emit between 600 and 950 lumens of
warm white light and 650 to 980 lumens of cool white light. Designed with
Citizen LED chips, the range delivers clear, reliable and robust lighting for
residential projects.
