Signify launches the Interact emergency lighting and monitoring system
Signify has launched Interact, its latest emergency lighting and monitoring system. The system enables building managers to control, monitor and test emergency lighting and produce compliance reports through a secure cloud-based dashboard.
Powered by Signify’s Interact connected lighting system developed for intelligent buildings, the new system enhances the testing process by automating function and duration tests while delivering data insights and health status alerts. Building operators can monitor and manage both general and emergency lighting through a cloud-based dashboard, via the Interact Building Manager. This supports multiple testing schedules and delivers detailed reports for regulatory documentation and reporting.

“For building managers and maintenance teams alike, regular testing and maintenance of emergency lighting is crucial, but can be time-consuming and prone to human error,” Signify executive vice president, systems & services, Greg Nelson, says.
“Signify’s new wireless emergency lighting portfolio and Interact Building Manager provide visibility and control over your emergency lighting. With regular proof of performance, it ensures compliance with relevant standards while reducing operational complexity and cost.”
