REC Group has launched the REC TwinPeak 4 Series solar panel, the fourth generation of its award-winning premium solar panels for residential and commercial rooftop installations. It features a new cell structure design and higher power output than its predecessor.

Heading into production in May 2021, deliveries are expected from July and August onwards.

Building on the strength of its predecessors, the TwinPeak 4 Series gives users the ability to choose between white and black back sheet variants. It also comes with a multi-busbar connection and an improved nominal power output of up to 375W-peak from its 120 half-cut monocrystalline p-type cells.

The panel remains the same 30mm frame and support bars which have already proven their ability in the REC N-Peak and REC Alpha solar panels. It can also withstand higher loads of +7000Pa, enabling it to offer best-in-class performance in tough rooftop conditions.

“The REC TwinPeak 4 marks the latest advancement in technology and performance for our TwinPeak family and strengthens the entire REC Group portfolio by giving more options to our rooftop customers, be it in the residential or commercial and industrial segments,” REC Ground vice president global marketing and product management Cemil Seber says.

The REC TwinPeak 4 Series is eligible for the comprehensive REC ProTrust warranty package, including a 25-year warranty on the product, performance and labour, subject to conditions.
