NHP has released the Steute ZS802O2STWINTP, replacing the Austrol NTW pull wire switches used in industrial applications.

The replacement switches are manufactured in Germany, with consultation from large mining companies in Western Australia and Brazil, incorporating the highest standards of engineering and practical application.

The Steute ZS90 Twin system features enhanced reliability and functionality than its predecessor, and is designed to suit Austrol NTW mounting patterns, ensuring seamless migration.

The ZS802O2STWINTP can monitor both left and right sides of the system thanks to its dual-sided operation. With a built-in tension indicator, the switch eliminates the need for external measurement or tensioning tools.

The switches satisfy and exceed Category 4, Performance Level (PL) e, and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 3 as per machinery safety standards.
