Treotham’s new e-chain system, the micro flizz, will allow users to guide data and media through tight spaces at high speeds.

The compact energy supply system is made up of an energy chain, flexible chainflex cables for tight bend radii and an aluminium guide channel. When used in tandem with the new smart CF.D system, it monitors how the cable is operating and can warn of a failure, meaning that any maintenance can be planned in advance to avoid unexpected shutdowns.

The micro flizz can also supply data, fluids and air simultaneously thanks to its energy supply system, as developed by igus. All chainflex cables have a guaranteed service life of 36 months. The system is easily accessible, easy to clean and comes in three different sizes depending on cable diameters.
