Comtech Group has announced that it has taken ownership of Ramsden Telecommunications Training as of 22 May 2017.

Ramsden will be rebranded as Comtech Group and Comtech Training in January 2018. In the meantime Comtech will now start the process of integrating what was good in Ramsden with what has been achieved at Comtech.

“Bevan Ramsden has now started a well-deserved retirement and we wish him well and thank him for the opportunity of purchasing a well-resourced and respected company,” said Comtech managing director Carl Holmes.

Carl says Comtech is on track with its centres, including two centres in WA, two centres in NSW, one centre in Adelaide, once centre in Port Melbourne and once centre in Queensland. The company has also announced permanent locations in ACT, Tasmania and the Northern Territory will come on line in 2018.
