With the smart home technology market growing at a rapid rate, Brilliant Lighting has taken the initiative to offer smart lighting products at a competitive price.

BrilliantSmart products offer a range of functions including an increase in home security, reduction in power bills and environmental impacts, and the ability to easily adjust the look and feel of a room – all controlled from anywhere in the world.

The company will launch a range of new smart products to key retailers and electrical wholesalers in the coming months. All can be controlled via the free BrilliantSmart app or voice command through Google or Amazon technology.

Brilliant Lighting managing director Norman Levin says they had noticed a gap in the Australian market for affordable, quality products.

He says: “We know people live busy lives and are turning to smart technology for convenience and to improve their homes, but there’s no reason Aussies should have to blow their budget to get a smart home set-up. We’re excited to work with our channel partners to bring Australians quality, easy-to-install smart products at a fraction of the cost, making a smart home an option for people with different lifestyles and budgets.”

He adds that the range is a great entry point for anyone wishing to experiment with smart technology in their home.

“The beauty of plug-and-play style products is that you don’t need a hub or complex infrastructure to get them up and running. They’re easy to install for consumers and sparkies alike, and they’re scalable so you can expand and customise your smart home over time.”
