Verbatim Australia has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of SKS Lighting, the lighting business unit of Enevis Limited. The transaction is expected to be completed on 31 July 2020.

SKS Lighting are specialists in the design, engineering and manufacture of intelligent architectural, sport, retail, commercial and industrial lighting solutions.
