Tridonic is releasing deviceCONFIGURATOR; new software that allows the configuration of drivers to be fuss-free. Users are able to change their driver settings without having to worry about programming errors that can occur.

The software lets production personnel write their desired driver settings so that work and configuration processes are efficient during production. It also features a traffic light function that immediately notifies users of any errors during the production stages.

deviceCONFIGURATOR includes password protection for scripts which removes any chance of them being altered during production, as well as providing increased protection for the correct configuration.

Product Manager Controls at Tridonic, Klaus Mohr, says that having a customer orientated focus is key in delivering efficient program drivers.
