Australia’s lighting industry has announced that planning is now well underway for SPARC International Lighting Event 2015.

SPARC 2015 will be held at Sydney Exhibition Centre Glebe Island from 27-29 May 2015 during the first week of magnificent Vivid Sydney.

World-class speakers on topical lighting subjects are being sourced.

In addition an exhibition of over 100 Australian and international companies will demonstrate the world’s latest lighting technology. In keeping with the egalitarian nature of the exhibition, all displays will be of an equal size and will be restricted to one display per company.

The event will culminate in a Gala Dinner with spectacular lighting theming and entertainment at Sydney Town Hall on 29 May.

SPARC 2015 is pleased to announce that a regional conference of light source physicists will be held in conjunction with SPARC 2015. The Foundation for the Advancement of the Science and Technology of Light Sources (FAST-LS) conference is expected to attract around 200 physicists.
