SolarMax forms distribution partnership with Green Initiatives

Swiss company SolarMax, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of grid-connected solar inverters, has further strengthened its residential market footprint with the announcement of a new distribution partnership with Green Initiatives Australia, a solar product distributor and one of Australia’s largest installers of residential solar programs in Queensland.

Under this partnership, Green Initiatives will distribute SolarMax’s S series inverters which have been specially designed for installers who appreciate the simplicity, ease of installation and speed at which these inverters can be commissioned.

SolarMax Australia key account manager Gavin Merchant says, “We are delighted to be working with Green Initiatives to further accelerate our market leadership and growth in Australia with our Swiss quality inverters. Customers who invest in solar PV systems will appreciate the efficiency, reliability and durability that SolarMax inverters offer.”

Green Initiatives Australia director Ivan Anderson selected SolarMax as the company believed customers were looking for a quality product for their solar installations.

Ivan says, “A growing number of our customers understand the difference a quality inverter can make in their installation. Customers can be assured of a great quality product when they install SolarMax.

“Our partnership with SolarMax aligns with our goal of providing an exceptional customer experience and a better return on investment on their solar PV installations.”

SolarMax’s S series inverters are easy to install, reliable and designed to last. With a Maximum efficiency of up to 97%, these inverters are suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.

The S series inverters satisfy the safety requirements stated in AS/NZS 5033:2012 standards (IEC 62109-1/-2) as well as the AS 4777.2 and AS 4777.3 standards. SolarMax products are accredited by the Clean Energy Council (CEC). All SolarMax string inverters have a five year standard warranty which can be extended up to 25 years.
