Smart Energy Council and S-5! team up to offer solar rooftop attachment installation training

S-5!, a provider of metal rooftop attachment solutions, alongside the Smart Energy Council will take an in-depth look at the options available for fixing solar panel installations on various metal roofing types in an upcoming free educational webinar.

Taking place 19 August 2020 at 12pm AEST, Smart Energy Council chief executive John Grimes and S-5! vice president of research and development Dustin Haddock will give a presentation dubbed Metal Roof Mastery: Power up Your PV with S-5! Solar Attachment Technology Solutions.

The webinar will cover the attachment of solar on metal roofs, how to fix solar on these roofs, how S-5! products can help with the area, the technical aspects of module layout, wire management, module-level power electronics and load distribution as well as case studies and examples of these solar applications.

At the end, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a live Q&A session.

S-5! distributors are based in Sydney, Melbourne and Hamilton and New Zealand at the NZ –Rapid Systems Solutions (RSS).
