Signify Dynalite has launched a major update to its digital tools, introducing a unified partner portal and AI-powered support service designed to simplify project management, collaboration and access to technical resources.

Central to the update is the My.Dynalite portal, which provides a single access point for product documentation, firmware and software downloads, training materials and project management tools. The portal consolidates features previously spread across Dynalite Cloud, allowing partners to manage projects, teams and resources through a single login.

Certified partners receive free unlimited project storage via Dynalite Cloud, with secure file access available directly through the portal, System Builder software and Dynalite mobile apps. The platform also enables detailed permission controls, allowing organisations to manage team access, collaborate with installers and technicians and maintain version-controlled project backups.

Signify Dynalite has also introduced Dynalite Assist, an AI-powered support service that enables users to access technical information through a chat-based interface. The tool allows partners to ask questions in plain English and quickly retrieve relevant product specifications, integration details and commissioning guidance from Dynalite’s documentation library.

“Through a tailored implementation of AI tools embedded deeply into our workflows, we believe that partners and customers can find new levels of efficiency when designing, quoting and deploying Dynalite projects,” Dynalite head of product Stephen Craggs says.

“We look forward to seeing how this first step will help people discover content more easily and are incredibly excited about the future possibilities of Dynalite Assist.”
