Sampford IXL has announced that as of today the company will be changing its name to IXL Home to reflect its current and future product offering to consumers across Australia and New Zealand.

IXL Home will also introduce an updated corporate identity and website.

“IXL Home represents the next phase of the company’s growth into new categories and technology, new distributed brands and a strong focus on offering solutions to consumer needs, within the wider home environment,” said IXL Home chief executive Chris Dickins.

IXL Home had its beginning in 1858 manufacturing stoves and is proud of its Australian heritage, with products under the IXL and Cannon brands still manufactured in Geelong. The company also has relationships with global brands iRobot and Laurastar

“We are excited about this alignment of the company’s name to our core activities, as we offer increased technology and connected home features, delivering real value to our end customers, both inside and outside the home,” said Chris.
