Rittal, distributed by APS Industrial in Australia, has released the RiMine sloped roof compact enclosures, advancing the enclosure design and manufacturing expertise to produce a series for the mining and petrochemical industries.

Designed for harsh outdoor environments, Rittal’s RiMine range of enclosures provide high levels of protection against the elements. The IP66-rated and tested enclosures are constructed of 316L stainless steel and are available in two finishes: brushed stainless steel and RAL 2000 orange powder coat.

The enclosures feature an extended sloped roof overhang for improved weather protection. The enclosure doors, which open to 180°, reveal large openings and wide mounting plates that facilitate the installation and maintenance of internal electrical components. A three-point locking system and pad-lockable handle are included for added security.

The RAL 2000 orange models are enhanced with additional features including a white painted depth-adjustable mounting plate, a door-stay and a document holder.
