Recently launched app gives sparkies low-cost access to Australian standards
Standards Australia has launched a mobile app that lets users view and subscribe to Standards on their phones. The app is designed to be an intuitive and convenient low-cost tool for referencing standards on the go, even when offline.
The app is part of Standards Australia’s program to improve access for users working on job sites and in the field. It is intended to overcome the limitations of protected PDF formats, by providing access to standards via a curated subscription, and aiming to promote convenience for users. The new mobile app also offers significant cost savings to tradespeople. Single users can subscribe to curated sets of commonly used standards, available at the Standards online store, paying reduced rates for mobile-only access.
