The FSV range features an operating temperature range from -25ºC to 46ºC, guaranteeing the harshest of Australian climates are covered. All new models are reverse cycle, optimal for both heating and cooling, ensuring year round comfort in both domestic and commercial applications.

Panasonic is backing these high-quality, reliable FSV systems with a market leading five year warranty (when commissioned) across both residential and commercial installations.
This is Panasonic’s most extensive VRF line-up to date, with 13 outdoor unit models available in single and three phase configurations, with the indoor range consisting of 73 models across 11 types of units including cassettes, under ceiling, wall, floor and ducted models. The indoor capacities range from 2.2kW up to 28kW while the outdoor range offers 12.1kW models, ideal for home or small shopfront use; through to 168kW models for commercial applications such as a large office, hotel or apartment block.
The line-up also features excellent energy efficiency, with class leading Energy Efficiency Ratings across all the new models. Panasonic has included Demand Response technology across the latest FSV range, positioning this product at the forefront of total community energy solutions.
The new FSV systems offer the ultimate in design flexibility – which is the key to higher efficiency and lower installation costs. The wide range of indoor and outdoor units and control solutions allow installers to select and design the precise system that meets their customer’s needs.
The outdoor Air Conditioning units have the ability to attach up to 64 indoor units; and feature a long piping length of up to 1000m, allowing an entire office block to run from a single refrigerant circuit. Both features effectively increase energy efficiency; while offering greater ease of installation, and decreasing installation costs by reducing the amount of piping required for the job.
Panasonic’s range of control solutions allow building managers to use and monitor energy effectively. Features such as dividing buildings into zones allow air conditioning to be switched off in areas that are not being used, such as meeting rooms.
The Intelligent Touch Screen Controller allows up to 256 indoor units to be monitored and controlled from a central point whilst a System Controller allows central control of up to 64 units, which can also be grouped into floors and zones. A basic on/off controller allows for easy operation of each indoor unit, all at the push of a button. Other features include wired and wireless controllers giving users control of individual units and timer controllers for central controlling of daily and weekly timers.
Panasonic P-AIMS software allows up to 1,024 indoor units to be controlled by a single PC, either onsite or remotely. The software even allows load distribution monitoring to accurately record the amount of power used by each tenant.
Intelligent Design software provides easy system design, which works by cleverly choosing the correct pipe sizes and branch pipes to graphically build systems. The system includes built-in checking features to ensure maximum values are not exceeded and gives users picking lists of all the parts required for the job.
The FSV range has been designed for easy installation and minimal maintenance, with several indoor models featuring built-in drain pumps for greater installation flexibility.
