Nicole Kersh uncables herself from 4Cabling to start new adventures
At just 21 years-of-age she taught herself to build a website and revolutionised the cabling industry by challenging the status quo, cutting out the middleman and introducing a direct to consumer model. Over a seven year period she established and managed 4Cabling, resulting in an annual turn over of $10 million and an active database of 50,000+ customers.
With over 12 years of experience in digital strategy, online marketing, ecommerce consulting, SEO and web copywriting, along with her ambitious nature and strong work ethic, Nicole is looking to break out of her manufacturing niche and establish herself in the online arena by combining her strategic abilities with her digital marketing expertise.

“Change keeps my brain keen, I’m fascinated by the psychology that drives the online world,” she says.
“Now that I’m un-cabled, I’m looking for challenges to engage in knowledge sharing and forward thinking pursuits, as well as building strong online strategies.”
Using the sum of her experience, Nicole is moving into the e-commerce consulting space, generating strategic and individualised digital marketing solutions to organisations wishing to bridge the digital divide.
As well as her consultation venture, Nicole is currently developing an online ‘anti-agency’ resource offering creative solutions to digital marketing problems.
Nicole’s pioneering approach to the industry reveals the very reason why she carries with her an accolade of achievements and awards, such as the BRW Fast 100 and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. In addition, she has also been awarded Startup Smart Awards Winner, AFR Young Women to Watch and Under 30 Australian Anthill Winner.
