With a renewed focus on trade lighting, Clipsal by Schneider Electric is hitting the market with innovative offers in the lighting segment.

LED downlights, panel lights and floodlights are some of the products which make up the new range, and according to vice president of the Clipsal by Schneider Electric Partner Business David Gardner, it’s not just the lighting offer which will have contractors and end users excited.

“Compatibility is a key issue in the market,” David said. “Our LED lights work seamlessly with our dimming solutions, our lighting control solutions and our accessories. You can use Clipsal by Schneider Electric products to create a building wide solution that is energy efficient and easy to install. Clipsal by Schneider Electric has a range of LED lights which are innovative, easy to install, and can be retrofitted where existing, less efficient lighting solutions have been implemented.

“We know that many of our customers are working to achieve energy efficiency targets in commercial and industrial projects,” David said. “LEDs use around 85% less energy than halogen or incandescent lighting, and the lamps have a much longer lifespan, which means there is less maintenance to worry about. These two things combined mean a big tick in terms of meeting those targets.”

Clipsal by Schneider Electric’s LED light range carries with it the same backing and expertise as all other products in the Clipsal by Schneider Electric portfolio.

The following products have recently been released by Clipsal by Schneider Electric:

FLH Floodlights:

Housed in a strong die-case aluminium body, the Clipsal by Schneider Electric FLH Series LED floodlight is made to withstand the harsh and extreme conditions of the Australian environment. With an adjustable trunnion arm, the floodlight is easily manoeuvred once installed to achieve optimal results. The lights are suitable for use in industrial and commercial projects, and also work well in landscaped areas to highlight feature elements.

Toughnut LED:

The Toughnut LED batten light is part of the Clipsal by Schneider Electric TUFF series. It features an impact-resistant body, making it robust, weatherproof and vandal resistant. Suitable for use in a wide range of general exterior and industrial purposes, the Toughnut LED is perfect for commercial and industrial applications where exterior illumination is needed for security reasons.

Circular LED:

For interior residential and commercial applications, Clipsal by Schneider Electric’s Circular LED light is the perfect general light source. The light is available in either 14W or 22W options, with both boasting a high lumen output and 50,000 hour lamp life.

Panel LED:

Clipsal by Schneider Electric’s Panel LED light is available in three different specifications and is a true replacement for existing fluorescent troffers in a T-Bar ceiling arrangement. Perfect for general illumination in commercial buildings, these energy efficient products allow you to combine the latest in lighting technology with building and energy management systems.

Using Clipsal Universal Dimming, the Panel LED light can be dimmed, and is also compatible with DALI Control lighting control technology. The lights are available in Warm White and Cool White. The Panel LED lights come in a 35W 600 x 600 option as well as 35W 1200 x 300 and 26W 1200 x 300 options.

TDPL Series LED Downlight:

The TDPL Series LED Downlight is a stylish fitting with an extra wide trim, integral driver and a frosted recessed lens. Providing you with optimal lighting results, the downlights are unobtrusive and easy to install. They are perfect for general illumination in residential or commercial buildings.
