NECA to host Industry Night series

NECA will be hosting a series of Industry Nights for a better understanding and implementation of safety compliance and standards, especially in the electrician industry.

Hold over three days, all licensed electricians attending the event will earn three Continuing Professional Development points and gain valuable insights through industry experts who will discuss the latest updates and essential practices to ensure safety remains a priority on job sites.

Discussions include CBOS: Latest Industry Updates, TasNetworks: Requirements and Service and Installation Rules v8.4 and NECA: Protecting Yourself from an Arc Flash Incident and Energised Work.

Industry Night Series registration details are as follows:

  • Wrest Point, Sandy Bay on 9 April from 4:30pm to 7:30pm
  • Boathouse Launceston, Launceston on 10 April from 4:30pm to 7:30pm
  • Paranaple Convention Centre, Devonport on 11 April from 4:30pm to 7:30pm

The industry nights are free for all NECA members and their licenced electricians and $80 for non-members.
