NECA Readiness Assessment
The Assessment is a literacy and numeracy aptitude test and is designed specifically for the electrical industry. The assessment is highly regarded by employers in the industry as it provides an assessment of all candidates from an industry standpoint.  A successful result in the assessment will enhance the entry prospects of those interested in electrical apprenticeships.  Applicants who achieve a higher result from the assessment can provide employers with evidence that they have the potential to successfully complete the off the job component of an electrical apprenticeship. These results are sent to over 1100 contractors facilitating apprentice selection for their business.
