The NECA Education & Careers Excellence Awards was held for the 20^th year, this time at Crown Melbourne. It saw finalists across education, training, employment, apprentices and trainees, the electrical industry and beyond shine.

The winners were:

• Pre-Apprentice of the Year – Lewis Fraser
