With NSW Small Biz Month back this year, NECA is holding a free ‘Connect For Success’ workshop for electrical contractors on Wednesday 16 November 2022.

This collaborative and interactive workshop will provide electricians with tools and frameworks to support their business with industry compliance in WHS processes, growth, compliance and adaption to technical advancements.

Additionally, the workshop will give users the top-five policies and procedures in HR and IR as well as how to use the NECA Members HR & IR Manual.

Guest speakers on the night include business success journey with NECA member Andrew Hardingham; Sparky App with MMEM, EV charges with Clipsal Schneider and worker’s compensation and mental health with icare.

The workshop will also exhibit new and emerging industry technologies from NECA Business Partners –industry leaders in research and development including a sneak preview of newly released product demos from Clipsal Schneider, Legend Cabac and NHP.
