Milwaukee Tool is expanding its PACKOUT range with a Rack Kit designed to streamline storage, reduce clutter and improve productivity for people working on the move.

Built for vans, CONEX boxes, enclosed trailers and shop walls, the system tackles issues like disorganisation, wasted space and gear shifting during transit. The result is a more secure, more efficient way to access tools and materials, whether on site, in the workshop or travelling between jobs.

“Through research in the field, we identified the most common frustrations professionals face with storage and set out to solve them,” Milwaukee Tool Australia and New Zealand product manager – storage George Mavrogiannis says.

“The PACKOUT Rack Kit boosts productivity by reducing the time spent locating, sorting and organising tools, resulting in faster restocks and van changeovers, ultimately saving users both time and money.”

The Rack Kit focuses on accessibility and efficiency to help users complete more work with fewer interruptions. Sliding drawers allow quick retrieval of tools without needing to unstack boxes, while the fully customisable drawer layout lets users adjust heights to fit PACKOUT components directly onto each drawer. This flexibility means the system can adapt as job requirements change.

Scalability is built into the design, with the option to stack up to three racks high or extend storage laterally along a wall. Adjustable legs help the system fit over wheel wells or clear rolling tool boxes and side-mounted compact plates provide extra space for frequently used tools.

Constructed from durable steel, the PACKOUT Rack Kit is built to handle tough environments and carries up to 22.7kg per drawer in transit. By maximising space, improving organisation and reducing lost time, it offers a practical upgrade for professionals who need a reliable, hard-wearing storage solution.
