Lutron delivers the Rania D2 downlight
Lutron has delivered the Rania D2 downlight, a three-channel emitter that produces exceptional white light, from the familiar warmth of incandescent light to midday sun and moonlight glow, all in a single light engine.
This modular downlight, with interchangeable parts and components, helps meet the design and architectural needs of the space in which it lives.

Rania D2 key features include dual technology lighting, which combines tunable white and warm dim with colour temperatures from 1,800K to 5,500K in a single fixture for the perfect ambiance. With flexible wireless control, the user can rezone and modify setups with Lutron’s Clear Connect Type X technology, eliminating control wires for faster installation and seamless integration with Lutron controls, shades and lighting
The downlight brings a field-serviceable emitter with an integrated controller for improved wireless performance, offering standard and spot options and tooled tilt and rotation with lockable positioning for precise control over aim and focus.
Tooled tilt and rotation (with lockable positioning) brings precise control over aim and focus and a field-replaceable power supply for easy maintenance and replacement.
Providing field-changeable primary optics, the downlight’s beam angles are adjustable from 15o to 60o. and lightweight, airtight-rated steel housings are available in 2″ or 3.5″. Also included are versatile painted, die-cast aluminium trims which are available in flanged, flangeless and mud-in options
