Excel life

Liquid Gloss Coverplates

The Liquid Gloss range of coverplates is the latest edition to the Legrand Excel Life range. Featuring a lustrous high gloss finish, these coverplates are available in Ice, Malt and Diesel and offer a stylish alternative for domestic, hospitality and retail projects. Liquid Gloss coverplates are available for all switches and sockets in the Excel Life Dedicated Plate series.

Plug and cable retainer

When used with a socket, the new plug and cable retainer module helps prevent accidental unplugging of sensitive electrical equipment by gripping the cord, an excellent solution for hospital projects. It is capable of withstanding an extraction force of up to 350N (35kgs).

Soliroc

Light sensitive switch, IP 55

Designed for residential and commercial applications including garages, gardens, car parks and camp sites, the Soliroc Light Sensitive Switch can be used to switch a lighting circuit on and off, based on the light conditions. This solid switch has a weatherproof rating of IP 55, and is IK 10 impact proof and, like all Soliroc products, it is resistant to cleaning agents and salt exposure in coastal installations.

Emergency lighting

LED 2x10W spotlights

Suitable for non-maintained emergency lighting applications such as car parks and sporting venues, these spotlights are available in SPU and Axiom models. The large terminal block design ensures easy connection and includes energy efficient 2x10W LED lamps.

Floor boxes

Heavy duty floor boxes

Ideal for areas that require strong mechanical resistance such as shopping centres, car showrooms, exhibition halls and airports, the new range of heavy duty floor boxes from Legrand is one of a limited selection of IP 66 solutions. Including three cover options: IP 66 plain for all floor types, IP 66 for marble and tiled floors and IP 30 for wooden floors, they conform to standards EN 60-670 and EN 50 085-2-2.
