Legrand acquires Computer Room Solutions
Legrand has acquired Computer Room Solutions (CRS), complimenting Legrand’s existing data portfolio while introducing innovative offerings.
CRS provides solutions and services the data centre white space. Those include structural ceilings, hot and cold aisle containment, mech walls, security caging and server racks and cabinets.

CRS is headquartered in Mascot, Sydney and has manufacturing facilities in Melbourne. Its local design and manufacturing facilities provide efficiency to customers in Australia, New Zealand, India and Southeast Asia.
“The acquisition of Computer Room Solutions highlights our steadfast commitment to the ANZ market and our development model in terms of targeted acquisitions that align with our core business segments, including data centres,” Legrand ANZ managing director and chief executive Palash Nandy says.
“Legrand is looking forward to working with CRS, with the relationship seeing a new suite of solutions being injected into our already robust data centre portfolio for our customers.”
This is the third acquisition in the ANZ data centre space after Mechanical Support Systems (MSS) and VASS.
