Klein Tools releases long cut aviation snips
Klein Tools has released long nose, straight cutting aviation snips for cutting and trimming sheet metal.
The snip blades are made of forged, heat-treated steel for superior strength and durability. The spring action allows the tool to be opened with one hand, they are colour-coded and feature comfortable contoured grips.

The aviation snip comes with a 3” blade length for expanded cutting options while the metal snips’ serrated blades of forged steel offer better strength and durability.
It cuts 24-gauge cold rolled steel and 28-gauges stainless steel and the hardened handles of the snips add extra strength. The snips feature convenient hang-hole easy storage and conforms to the ASME B107.500 performance standard.
