“HTC is a strong business with a substantial footprint particularly in the HVAC space, the acquisition further enhances IPD Group’s ability to offer a complete solution to our valued customers,” IPD Group chief executive Michael Sainsbury says.
“The culture and customer-centric attitude that the HTC team embraces is a great fit with the overall IPD Group business.”
HTC managing director Ahmad Amiri says that the company is excited to join the IPD Group, looking forward to the next evolution of HTC:, “There are many key alignments between the organisations, not only from a cultural perspective, but specifically around the quality of products and the levels of support we aspire to provide to our customers.
“As part of our development, we have always strived to identify and pursue initiatives that achieve growth whilst maintaining our core values and competencies. Joining IPD Group represents a natural progression of our ambitions.
“The breadth of services and products available within IPD Group, coupled with their commitment to their customer base, provides an ideal catalyst to build on the reputation we have forged within our markets, and it’s our customers that will take value from the benefits.”
