IDP partners with RP Group to expand emergency lighting offering
IPD has partnered with RP Group, a global developer of emergency lighting technologies, in a move that expands its capabilities in the Australian market.
RP Group brings a substantial engineering portfolio to the partnership, including more than 53 patents, five subject-certified quality standards and a catalogue of over 3,000 products released globally.

“This partnership allows RP Group to combine decades of global innovation with IPD’s established Australian footprint,” RP Group director of sales – ANZ Frank Ferrara says.
“We are adapting a proven European platform to local standards, strengthening market capability and raising the benchmark for emergency lighting performance and reliability in Australia.”
Under the agreement, IPD will integrate RP Group’s emergency lighting range into its local portfolio, providing customers with access to globally developed products supported by IPD’s national distribution network, technical expertise and customer service teams.
