Fluke releases the ii900 sonic industrial imager
Fluke has released the ii900, a sonic industrial imager that turns sound waves into real-time images to help accurately pinpoints leaks at a glance.
The new imager detects leaks based on the ASTM E1002-11 standard and can locate compressed air, gas and vacuum leaks up to 70m away. Additionally, it boasts ultrasonic detection up to 52kHz.

It comes with SoundMap technology that enables the visualisation of both acoustic and visual images. Inspections are completed in five-to-ten times faster by spotting leaks over a live image and now training is required to operate the device. First-time users can start finding leaks within minutes.
