Type A: For combustible material such as wood, paper and cloth.
Type B: For flammable liquid fires such as kitchen grease and oil.
Type E: For electrical equipment.

Fire Blankets are best mounted on the wall where they are easily accessible. They should never be stored in cupboard or close to any cooking appliances.

A fire blanket is mainly used to cut off the oxygen supply to the fire. A fire blanket is very quick and effective to put out a small fire.
