Atmel Xplained is a series of small, easy-to-use evaluation kits for 8- and 32-bit AVR/ARM microcontrollers. It consists of a series of low-cost MCU boards for evaluation and demonstration of feature and capabilities of different Atmel microcontroller families. A rich selection of example projects and code drivers are provided in Atmel Studio. Code functionality is easily added by pulling in additional drivers and libraries from the Atmel Software Framework.
Engineers starting on their electronic designs will be able to access information and a full suite of design tools from the element14 Community. The element14 Knode, a unique and online workplace, provides a range of tools and support which aid engineers in complex designs, improving time-to-market.
“We are pleased to collaborate with Atmel in this new agreement to deliver a larger portfolio, ensuring engineers have easy access to a comprehensive range of products plus its supplementary datasheets, application notes and training modules,” says element14 Asia Pacific regional director supplier and asset management Tim Wang.
