DEWALT has launched the TOUGHSYSTEM 2.0 DXL, aiming to redefine portable, stackable storage.

Each product in the latest lineup is designed for enhanced organisational mobility and durability, ensuring that tools are always accessible and secure on the jobsite with quick tool access, easy transport and customisable workspace options.

Compatible with the TOUGHSYSTEM 2.0 range, the DXL range, which includes heavy-duty drawers, a rolling base and a work top features auto-stacking latches for quick connectivity with each other and previous TOUGHSYSTEM modules and is available in a five-in-one Tower pre-stacked combination modular workstation.

The TOUGHSYSTEM 2.0 DXL Deep Drawers features removable dividers for customisable organisation and heavy-duty aluminium carry handles. At a total load capacity of 25kg, the deep drawer includes an integrated locking bar with a unique metal secure lock mechanism for secure storage, providing quick and easy lock/release and acting as a deterrent to theft.

The TOUGHSYSTEM 2.0 DXL Shallow Drawer unit features two drawers with ball-bearing slides for smooth operation, removable dividers for flexible organisation and ample storage for smaller tools and accessories. At a total load capacity of 25kg (12.5kg per drawer), it includes an integrated locking bar for secure storage, locking aluminium drawer levers and heavy-duty aluminium carry handles.

Designed for maximum mobility, the TOUGHSYSTEM 2.0 DXL 4-Wheel Dolly allows users to effortlessly transport their TOUGHSYSTEM modules across the workshop or job site. Equipped with 5” all-terrain wheels, it manoeuvres seamlessly over rough and uneven surfaces. It has a total load capacity of 200kg.

The TOUGHSYSTEM 2.0 DXL Work Top attachment converts TOUGHSYSTEM modules into a convenient 50cm by 66cm extra-large working surface and is ideal for on-site tasks requiring a stable and durable platform.

It features raised edges to prevent items from rolling off and to provide a stable base. Additionally, it includes TS 2.0 bin slots for convenient storage of small parts and accessories, a dual-use deep storage/cup holder, a power tool hook slot for quick access to tools and a wide ergonomic handle for comfortable and controlled transportation.
