CyberPower has expanded its portfolio with the launch of the Power Factor Correction (PFC) Sinewave Rackmount UPS series, available in 1U and 2U short-depth designs.

The range meets growing demand for compact, pure sine wave power protection across retail, education, security, AV, edge computing, telecom and networking environments.

The PFC Sinewave (E) Series adopts line-interactive topology with Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to deliver stable AC power and includes hot-swappable battery packs for maintenance without downtime.

Its IP data line protection supports transmission speeds up to 1Gbps, and the short-depth chassis allows installation in tight spaces. The units also feature a colour LCD display and integrate with CyberPower’s PowerPanel software and cloud app for remote monitoring and management.

“The CyberPower PFC Sinewave Rackmount UPS Series meets the growing demand from Australian retail, education and SMB sectors for compact, reliable power protection,” CyberPower Systema ANZ retail sales and marketing manager Shannon Dowden says.

“These models deliver future-ready protection for critical IT and networking equipment.”

The series builds on global success, having earned the Reader’s Choice Product of the Year 2025 in Europe and the Tech Innovator Award in the US. The new range also incorporates CyberPower’s GreenPower UPS technology, reducing energy consumption and improving efficiency.

“Many IT environments demand sine wave output and robust battery capacity in the smallest possible form factor. You can’t get more compact than our 1U rackmount systems,” Shannon says.

“Remote capability allows IT pros to monitor and manage power without visiting the site, saving time and cost.”
