CBi has launched the Astute Smart Controller (ASC), an energy monitoring, scheduling and control device with load management and automation capability.

The CBi Home App enables users to configure these devices to react to current, voltage, time, power and many other variables or a combination of each. The ASC can be used to remotely control many devices/functions around the user’s workplace or home.

To get the most out of the ASC, users are required to have a smartphone or tablet, 2.4Ghz WiFi with an internet connection as well as scheduled energy management, energy monitoring, automation and IoT, device automation sharing and the CBi Home App.

The ASC has multiple ON/OFF programs and a manual bypass with an ON/OFF switch. The controller also has a scheduling function and a service life of 20,000 operations at full load. No hub is required.

Apart from automation and IoT, the ASC is also applicable to residential, commercial, light industrial, hot water systems and more.
