CBI-Electric  has released the TELE NA003, a multinational grid and system protection unit that protects energy generation plants including wind generators and photovoltaic (PV) plants.

In the event of power failures or net anomalies, power-generating plants must be disconnected immediately from the main supply to avoid unintentional feeding to the grid. The NA003-M64 relay helps ensure the safe and standard-compliant operation of power generation plants with globally applicable mains and plant protection.

TELE NA003 key features include mains and system protection and multinational 64 memory locations, frequency and voltage monitoring, functionally safe due to internal redundant design and menu-driven, integrated test function with easily selectable presets for Australia.

In addition, the grid and system protection also measures voltage up to three 400/230V ACs, offers auxiliary voltage 24V DC, 110-240V AC and three changeover contacts and comes with series installation with a width of 107mm.
