Cabac has released the Ty-Rap detectable cable ties, ensuring safety and quality in the production process.

Whether in food processing, pharmaceuticals or chemical manufacturing, the risk of contamination is always looming, particularly when using detectable cable ties that do not measure up to proper detection levels. This is where Ty-Rap detectable cable ties come into play.

Ty-Rap detectable cable ties offer superior performance with their three-tier detection system with metal detection, X-ray detection and visual detection.

Tested and rated at a 1.5mm diameter ferrous sphere sensitivity, Ty-Rap detectable cable ties are sensitive enough to be picked up by nearly every metal detector in service, ensuring no piece of the cable tie goes undetected and the risk of contamination is reduced.

Ty-Rap detectable cable ties reach an impressive differential of between 200 and 2,000 on the x-ray grey scale, depending on the density of the product being verified. This high level of detectability ensures that even the smallest pieces can be identified and removed.

Visual detection systems are often used in beverage and chemical processing plants to detect surface irregularities and volume changes. Ty-Rap detectable cable ties are designed with a bright blue colour, making them easy to spot and ensuring that no pieces are left behind during the production process.
