ADT Security Group, a subsidiary of Intelligent Monitoring Group (IMG), will acquire Alarm Assets Group (AAG) and ACG Integration (ACG).

ADT Security Australia general manager Geoff Campbell-Brown is set to lead the acquired businesses, integrating more than 35 skilled technicians into ADT’s workforce and significantly enhancing national coverage and service delivery to blue-chip clients and government agencies.

“These acquisitions bring expertise and a strong customer base that will enhance our service offerings and support our growth ambitions,” Geoff says.

“Our focus will be on seamless integration, maintaining high service standards and leveraging our combined strengths to drive innovation and operational excellence. The expansion will strengthen our market position and provide new opportunities for our team members.”

Completion of each acquisition is conditional upon IMG receiving formal approval from its financiers and satisfying other customary conditions.

IMG aims to complete the acquisitions by 30 June.
