ABB Electrification offering free digital solutions throughout 2020
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, ABB Electrification has announced that it will take measures to support its customers through this challenging time including waiving all subscriptions for its iUPSGuard software, its ABB Ability Asset Health for electrical systems software as well as new or renewed subscriptions for its ABB Ability software-as-a-Service (SaaS) capabilities.
“We appreciate the challenges which our customers are facing at this time and are committed to helping them achieve greater operational stability and savings,” ABB Electrification president Tarak Mehta explains.

“The importance of the work which they undertake across a variety of sectors cannot be underestimated and we wanted to enable as many facilities as possible to benefit from our solutions by waiving all charges for 12 months.”
When connected to an ABB condition monitoring solutions, it’s adding the ABB Ability Asset Health for electrical systems (MyRemoteCare), free of charge until the end of 2020. This can save businesses up to 40% on maintenance costs and avoid unscheduled downtime.
