Legend Corporation has acquired 100% of Sunbeam Alpine Pty Ltd, trading as CON-X. Under the new ownership, CON-X will continue to operate as a stand-alone business unit, led by general manager Mark Dunne and sales manager Paul Herman.

Legend Corporation chief executive Bryan Tisher says the acquisition represented an important milestone in the company’s strategic expansion.

“We are pleased to welcome the CON-X team. This acquisition is a key milestone in our growth strategy and will allow us to better serve our customers with an expanded portfolio and capture growth, particularly in the renewable and data centre sectors,” he says.

CON-X general manager Mark Dunne says joining Legend Corporation would help accelerate the company’s next phase of growth.
