Legend Corporation has signed a sales and purchase agreement with PSS Distributors.

PSS Distributors are manufacturers and distributors of uninterruptible power supplies, Redback Racks and Patriot Power Supplies in Australia.

“We are thrilled to welcome PSS Distribution team to the Legend family. This acquisition represents a significant milestone in our growth strategy and will enable us to better serve our customers with an expanded portfolio,” Legend Corporation chief executive Bryan Tisher says.

Legend has plans on integrating PSS Distributors’ operations into their facilities at Malaga (WA), Mitcham (VIC) and Seven Hills (NSW).
