LAPP Australia has launched a rental solution for its products to help lower barriers for electrical contractor customers wanting to use best-in-class technologies.

The LAPP Australia Rental Programme offers per-day or longer rentals and opens easier access for smaller and medium businesses to world-class brands of test, measurement and other technologies needed to do the best job on projects. This also eliminates heavy demands on cash flow by having to purchase the specialised solutions involved.

LAPP Australia managing director Simon Pullinger says the rental programme is open nationally to existing customers on a case-by-case basis.

“This is an initiative to immediately assist our existing smaller and medium contractor customer base throughout Australia and to attract new customers as well longer term,” he says.

“We have designed the rental programme to help electrical contractors who would like to extend their capabilities for new projects or new types of jobs, but who might find the initial investment to buy to be a strain on cashflow to buy outright.”

Backed by LAPP Australia’s national service and supply network, Simon says the program delivers top-tier, well-maintained equipment at no capital cost to the renter. This ensures the best performance from the technologies involved, while also eliminating the storage and depreciation costs on items.

The rental program gives electricians access to test and measure devices, cable handling technologies, cable marking solutions and several others.
