MSS’ services include cable containment manufacturing, supply, installation and design as well as bespoke fabrication.

“The Legrand Group’s core purpose is to improve lives by offering solutions that are simple, innovative and sustainable,” Legrand ANZ chief executive Palash Nandy says.

“While we are a global company, we are very local in our approach and committed to investing in our ANZ operations to offer tailored solutions for this market. Our expanded offering in cable management will enable us to offer more comprehensive solutions to growth sectors such as data centres.”

The acquisition merges MSS’ cable management solutions with Legrand’s existing power, emergency lighting, structured cabling and wiring products, enabling them to offer solutions across the commercial, infrastructure and data centre verticals.
