The first of these meetings was Working Group 24 (WG24): Environmental Aspects of Lighting Products and Systems. The LCA representative is co-convenor of this group and chaired the latest meeting that focused on the development of a new technical report.
Standards and publications from across the world are to be collected and analysed for their inclusion in this report which will ultimately lead to a new international environment standard for lighting.
The LCA was present for the 2023 annual plenary meeting of TC34: Lighting and the latest meeting of the advisory group that reports directly to TC34, AG1.
