TE Connectivity has launched the AMPSEAL 16 mini lever 16 and 24 position hybrid connectors for sealed applications.

The wire-to-wire connectors, with an IP6K7/IP6K9K rating to protect against water and dust, provide vital environmental protection for industries operating in harsh environments.

Its ergonomic lever lock system gives users ease of assembly and an integrated terminal position assurance (TPA) and connector position assurance (CPA) that protects against accidental unlocking and confirms precise contact position.

The connectors also help to reduce application costs and assembly time with a tool-less mounting design and ‘drop and slide’ mounting clips that are available in three sizes.

For wire bundling and corrugated tubing, 90° and 180° wire dress covers can also be purchased alongside the AMPSEAL 16 mini lever connectors enabling design flexibility.
