ABB has appointed IPD as its preferred distributor in Australia for low voltage power distribution and control products to the electrical wholesale market, effective from September 1, 2020.

With over 60 years of experience in servicing wholesalers, contractors, switchboard manufacturers, OEMs and utility customers in Australia, IPD’s large-scale distribution network will benefit ABB’s whoelsale customers, providing great availability and accessibility to the products customers need.

The agreement also specifies that IPD will support ABB with customised distribution boards using ABB components. ABB will continue to support customers and facilitate their needs through IPD to provide the boards to customer requirements.
