Fujitsu General has redesigned its website with a clean, fresh look offering consumers, commercial and retail partners an engaging portal for
information and support.

The new website has integrated the specially designed Economatch calculator to help homeowners find the right reverse cycle air conditioner for their
environment. Simply enter basic details – such as room measurements, insulation and the direction windows face – to find the best match.

Wanting to improve the customer experience, the website includes two new sections allowing consumers to quickly find the contact information required. Shoppers can easily search for stockists as well as find service agents located close to them for after sales service.

Fujitsu General national marketing manager Marc Cheah says, “Purchasing a new reverse cycle air conditioning system is a big decision for any household, so it makes sense to carefully research the right solution for their individual needs. By offering a stylish and seamless web experience, consumers can easily find the information they need as well as learn about the features and benefits of reverse cycle air conditioning.”

As testament to Fujitsu General’s commitment to the commercial market, the intuitive website also features a refined dealer support section. This updated section lets users efficiently access information for everyday tasks, such as service manuals and current promotional materials. With new pages such as ‘Company News’ and ‘Research and Development’, Fujitsu General aims to keep customers informed about the latest updates.
