The new site, located at www.resi-linx.com, went live today.
“This industry is constantly evolving and when changes occur, they occur quickly,” resi-linx business manager Jason Crabtree says.

“To ensure that we continue to offer our customers what they have come to expect, we plan to evolve alongside it.
“We have a long history of supporting the industry and this new website is the best way for us to continue to do so.”
The new website is available to members of both the trade and DIY communities. It features every product from the resi-linx catalogue as well as their associated installation manuals. And to make purchasing simple, the site will support MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.
Tradespeople who successfully apply for a trade account will be given unique login details that will grant them access to special trade pricing and offers. The site will also keep a record of their purchase history, which means they can easily keep track of their jobs and, if they’re working on similar projects, repeat an order.
“Through this website, we are aiming to make life easier for our customers and to make sure they are armed with the most cohesive and accurate information possible for the job at hand,” Jason says.
“This site means that we will be able to better communicate with people, to get more information out there about what our products do, and to educate our customers and help them to find solutions that meet and exceed today’s technological requirements.
“This really is a way for us to directly help and talk to our customers, to ensure that they have the correct information, and to make sure that we continue to offer the best product available to the market.”
For trade customers, the new site will also herald the launch of a new loyalty program that will offer amazing benefits to your business. Called resi-rewards, trade customers will now have unprecedented access to special offers, exclusive discounts and other rewards.
“Members of resi-rewards can accrue points on each purchase they make, which can then be redeemed as a credit on future purchases. Customers can also choose to build their points over time or redeem them on their next transaction,” Jason says.
To coincide with the launch of the new website, resi-linx will be offering free delivery on all purchases placed in July.
All purchases will be shipped express through Australia Post’s eParcel service, and free local pickup will be available to Melbourne customers. For those customers that need a product instantly, there will also be a list of contact details for local distributors on the site who hold stock.
