element14 introduces TE Connectivity’s Schrack series of force guided relays
Employing state-of-the-art technology and precision engineering, TE Connectivity’s Schrack relays have a higher level of relay sensitivity (ratio of input coil power to switching capacity) than competitive solutions. Thanks to the use of advanced new plastic contact materials, Schrack relay users also benefit from increased switching capacity and insulation properties.
TE Connectivity Schrack relays feature four poles with force guided contacts in accordance with EN 50205 standards. These relays are commonly used in applications such as emergency shut-off, process control, machine control, elevator and escalator control, and safety relays, which are widely used over many different industries including computing, automotive, telecommunication, military and aerospace, medical, industrial/instrumentation, and consumer market segments.

TE’s broad line of relays come with add-on options for enclosure, termination, input, contact arrangement and rating. The relays are designed specifically to operate in rigorous environments where the challenges of shock, vibration, temperature and/or altitude are encountered such as military and aerospace applications.
